1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SkinArtWiz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including shop owners, artists, and customers.
2. Use of the Service
You may use SkinArtWiz for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service to transmit harmful content, violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@wizprosoftware.com.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.
5. Shop Owner Responsibilities
Shop owners are responsible for all content uploaded to their account, including portfolio images, consent forms, and customer data. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use and store all such content.
6. Limitation of Liability
WizPro Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for export, after which it will be deleted.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
